By accessing and using PromptFluent ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

PromptFluent provides a library of AI prompts, prompt generation tools, and educational content designed to help users create effective prompts for AI systems. Our Service includes free and paid subscription tiers with varying levels of access.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your billing period. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The prompts, content, and materials provided through PromptFluent are for your personal or business use. You may use, modify, and adapt prompts for your own purposes. However, you may not resell, redistribute, or republish our prompt library or educational content without permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to access PromptFluent only through the interfaces we provide and in a manner consistent with normal, human use. You may not, and may not permit any automated agent, script, bot, or third party to:

  • scrape, crawl, harvest, or perform bulk extraction of the prompt library, content, or any portion of the Service, whether manually or by automated means;
  • use bots, headless browsers, scripts, or other automated tooling to access, copy, or download prompts or content at a rate or volume that exceeds ordinary individual use;
  • circumvent, disable, or interfere with rate limits, access controls, tier restrictions, or any security or usage-metering feature of the Service;
  • share account credentials or access tokens with automated systems, or resell, redistribute, or republish prompts or content obtained from the Service.

We monitor for automated and abusive access. We may rate-limit, suspend, or permanently revoke any account engaged in this activity, with or without notice, and may pursue any remedies available to us. If you need programmatic or bulk access for a legitimate purpose, contact us at support@promptfluent.com about API or enterprise licensing.

7. Limitation of Liability

PromptFluent provides prompts and tools as-is. We do not guarantee specific results from using our prompts with AI systems. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our Service or the outputs generated by AI systems using our prompts.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
