4. Data Use, Platform Intelligence & AI Training

PromptFluent is built to help organizations improve how AI work gets created, governed, reused, and measured. To do that well, we analyze how the platform is used — but we do it with clear boundaries.

We do not use customer content to train public AI models

PromptFluent does not use your private prompt libraries, proprietary business content, uploaded materials, team workspaces, or customer-specific outputs to train public AI models. Your prompts, workflows, business context, team activity, and proprietary execution materials remain private to your account or organization. They are not shared with other customers, published, sold as customer-identifiable data, or exposed through recommendations. We also do not sell your personal information.

How we use aggregated execution data

PromptFluent may use aggregated, de-identified, and/or anonymized platform-usage and AI-execution telemetry to improve the PromptFluent service, including:

• improving recommendations for prompts, workflows, tools, templates, and execution best practices;
• identifying broad patterns in AI adoption, prompt effectiveness, workflow performance, and governance maturity;
• benchmarking platform trends across functions, industries, roles, and use cases;
• improving product features, analytics, user experience, and recommendation systems;
• developing research, reports, benchmarks, insights, and publications about AI execution trends.

This analysis is based on patterns across users and organizations — not on exposing any individual customer’s confidential content.

What we may analyze

Depending on your plan and product usage, PromptFluent may analyze metadata and telemetry such as:

• prompt usage frequency;
• categories, functions, industries, or use cases selected;
• prompt versioning and reuse patterns;
• workflow and prompt-chain activity;
• AI tool preferences or execution destinations;
• quality signals, user ratings, edits, saves, shares, exports, and similar product interactions;
• team-level governance activity, such as reviews, approvals, collections, and role-based actions;
• aggregated performance indicators such as time saved, adoption trends, output consistency, and workflow completion signals.

What we do not share

PromptFluent does not share customer-identifiable prompt content, proprietary workflows, uploaded files, confidential business information, or organization-specific analytics with other customers. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g., payment processors, hosting providers); these providers are bound by confidentiality agreements. Any external research, benchmarks, marketing insights, or industry reports are published only in aggregated, de-identified, anonymized, or otherwise non-customer-identifiable form.

Why this matters

PromptFluent gets smarter as it learns from execution patterns across the platform. That intelligence helps users understand what works, where AI work breaks down, which workflows produce better results, and which tools or prompt strategies may be most useful for their role, function, or organization — better AI execution intelligence without compromising customer confidentiality.
