We design the approval flows, review gates, and lifecycle stages around how your organization actually operates — not a generic template.
Hands-on rollout support across teams and departments. Phased deployment patterns sized to your org structure.
Founding Customers help shape what enterprise GA actually looks like. We build to your reality before broader release.
Policy enforcement, data boundary configuration, access tracking. Built on multi-tenant infrastructure with strict isolation.
What happens next
No drip campaign, no qualifying-form purgatory. A real conversation about real fit, in three steps.
We review every application within two business days. We're looking for organizations where governed AI execution will move the needle — not pilots-for-pilots'-sake.
A working conversation, not a sales pitch. We map your current AI footprint, where governance is breaking, and whether the Founding Customer fit is real on both sides.
If we both want to move forward, you'll get a proposal scoped to your team structure, deployment phases, and the specific roadmap input you'd contribute to.
Who applies
Questions we get a lot
Prompt libraries store prompts. PromptFluent provides the execution infrastructure around them — governance, version control, audit trails, role-based access, approval workflows, and behavioral specifications. The library is a feature, not the product.
Pricing is tailored to organization size, deployment scope, and the level of dedicated roadmap input. We share Founding Customer pricing on the discovery call — it's structured to make sense for organizations that genuinely want to shape the enterprise product, not as a discount on a list price.
Dedicated onboarding starts within two weeks of agreement. Typical first-team deployment lands in 30 days; organization-wide rollouts follow a phased pattern sized to your org structure. The Team plan capabilities are live today — we're building the org-wide deployment patterns with you.
PromptFluent runs on multi-tenant infrastructure with strict isolation, SSO, RBAC, and audit logging. The platform layers on top of your existing model providers — it does not replace them. SOC 2 is on the security roadmap; we discuss specifics under NDA on the discovery call.
Enterprise GA timing depends on what the Founding Customer cohort surfaces. Every governance capability — version control, approval workflows, role-based access, audit trails — is already live in the Team plan and scales into Enterprise. SSO, custom workflows, compliance enforcement, and dedicated onboarding are part of the Founding Customer engagement and roll into broader Enterprise availability after the cohort completes.
Four fields. Two business days. A real conversation, not a sales funnel.
